One of the classic holdups in the service transaction is contacting customers regarding additional needed repairs. Many times customers will not be near a phone all day. Many shops will just go ahead and do the repairs with no regard to the estimate.

We refuse to operate in this manner.

We've got a better way.

We've discovered that customers frequently have a lot of time when they call for the appointment, but usually not a lot of time when they arrive at the shop. For this reason, we've set up our computer system to take detailed information on the work to be done at the time the appointment is made.

You may use our Night Key Drop and leave your car anytime you'd like. You may also wish to take advantage of our "after hours" pickup as well. You set the hours.

We have E-Mail as well as voice mail on our phones when we're closed, so you may leave messages whenever you wish.

We have an after hours emergency number: 303-550-4237. Should you break down or need a tow, you can speak to one of us immediately.

If you need a ride. We schedule our rides so that, most of the time, you are the only one in the car. Straight to work (or wherever you wish to go) and straight back. We can call you when we get close to picking you up and save even more time. We're never out of touch.

We can perform fast service items while you wait in our Customer Lounge. Fast oil changes, tire rotations and minor maintenances are things that can be easily performed while you wait. We also provide wireless internet access should you want to work while here.
