Most businesses do things because it fits the business, not the customer. As a consumer, few things are more
frustrating than having to jump through the proper hoops before the business will accept your money. This is crazy!
We have put a great deal of thought into this process and try to make things as easy for our customers as
we can.
We look at our business through the customers' eyes first!
To make needed repairs easier to understand, we're happy to show you the things on your car or transmission
that need attention and then prioritize them for you. When it's not convenient for you to actually see these things, we take
digital pictures and print out color pictures for you to take with you.
When your car is ready for pickup, we'll either have it parked out in front or we'll go get it from the back
lot for you ourselves and get the AC or heater going as needed.
When you need a ride to and from work, prearrange it and
you'll be on your way in no time at all.
The more demanding you are, the higher your service expectations are, the better you'll like our shop. Our
whole operation shows a great deal of thought and consideration for our customers, the most important people in the world
to us.
Perhaps that's why our customer retention is so high. After a person has been here once, they continue to
come back again and again. We have regular customers who drive from all over Colorado just to have their cars serviced here.
